CREI, LLC, (“CREI”), www.creicommunity.com, (“us,” “we,” or “our”) thank you for visiting the online and mobile resources we publish. We use the words “you” and “your” to mean you, the reader, and other visitors to our online and mobile resources who are, in all cases, over the age of 13. Our privacy statement (“this statement,” “this privacy statement,” and “our statement”) informs you about from whom and the types of personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and why, and what we do to try to protect it.

Online and mobile resources mean the websites and other internet features we own that allow you to interact with our websites, as well as apps we’ve created and distributed to let our customers and followers view our online and mobile resources or otherwise interact with the content we provide.

WHO WE ARE 

CREI is a platform that educates about real estate. For those residing in the GDPR jurisdiction, as defined below, and in the US. for some state privacy laws, CREI is the data controller for your personal data For California residents, CREI is a “business”.

WHO WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM 

We may collect personal information from the following groups of data subjects: visitors to, and users of, our online and mobile resources; our customers; current members of our workforce and those who apply for posted jobs; and third-party vendors and business partners.  ​

Generally, personal information means that it can be used to identify you or quickly contact you (for example, your name, address, telephone number, email address, Social Security number, and date of birth) Certain authorities have special features in their privacy laws where they protect the personal information of consumers or data subjects Those laws apply to us, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”); or the European Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), then the phrase “ . Personal Information” requires an exception- The Act contains the items.

The categories of information we collect from each of these groups, and the ways in which we use it, differs. As you may have noticed, it’s possible that the same person could fall into more than one group. Most of this statement addresses our processing and sharing of personal information collected from visitors to and users of our online and mobile resources and our customers. 


WHAT WE COLLECT 

There are two types of information we receive from you online and then collect and use: (i) non-personal information that we automatically collect from each visitor, such as your device and operating system and (ii) w 'personal information that you voluntarily provide to us or is automatically collected .  

By using our online and mobile resources or purchasing our products or services, you are informing us that you consent to this part of our privacy policy and that we may use and disclose your information as described.

Information provided voluntarily.  

When you participate in certain activities through our online and mobile resources, you may be asked to provide us with personal information. The types of personal information we collect in those circumstances include personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, physical address and telephone number), employment information (such as your occupation); , and financial information (such as your credit) and card information ). We do not sell, rent or sell personal information that we voluntarily transmit to third parties.  

If you would like us to collect such personal information, please do not provide it. This means that you do not have to participate in any of our online and telephone features that solicits or requires and that you wish to communicate with us by telephone or regular mail Participation is entirely voluntary. Failure to opt-in may restrict your ability to use online and mobile resources, but will not affect your ability to access certain information available to the general public in online and mobile resources  

You voluntarily provide us with some of your personal information and the ways we use it:

Email and Online Forms – When you send us an email or fill out an online form, such as to contact us, your email address and other personal information (e.g., home address or telephone number) it may contain within your message or persistent links, which we retain, and which we use to respond directly to you and process your request. Depending on the personal information provided, communications from us may include emails, phone calls, and/or text messages. We may also send you information about any of our products or services that we think you may be interested in.  

Account registration – When you register for an account, you submit personal information such as your name and email address which we then hold. We use that information to create and maintain your account and in some cases set up a password and profile to contact you via email.

Subscribing to events – When you subscribe to services, webinars, seminars, seminars, or programs that may be hosted by us (rather than by a third-party owned event manager). their own privacy policy) to over-send said personality trait . Gathering information- When you visit our online and mobile products, basic information is automatically collected through your web browser using tracking technologies, such as a “cookie” which is a small text file downloaded to your computer or mobile devices when accessing the internet and mobile resources . It may allow us to identify your computer or mobile device and collect certain information about your preferences or past actions.  

We may allow third-party vendors to use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activity over time after you have used the Site. For example, Google Analytics can be referred to as a Google, Inc. subsidiary. company. We use web search services provided by ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyze your use of online and mobile resources and to improve your experience when you visit online and mobile resources. Internet activity information collected by cookies and similar techniques may include such things as: the domain name and IP address from which you accessed our online mobile products The type of browser operating system you are using; the date and time and duration of your visit; specific pages visited, images viewed and any documents downloaded; specific links to other websites you access from our online and mobile products; and specific links from other websites to our online mobile products.  

In addition, if you access our online mobile products from a telephone or other mobile device, the mobile service provider may send us unique mobile device identifying information and we may then ask you to collect a mobile phone number. It can also link to identity information Some mobile phone vendors also use systems that track the physical location of devices and if you have location services enabled on your device, we also get this information. If you do not want us to collect and use geolocation data, disable location services through your device settings.  

Regardless, we use self-collected information and mobile device data to compile all reports about the popularity of pages on our online and mobile products, to monitor how our customers and followers experience our online and mobile experiences resources and then use that data online -To optimize mobile usage resources, to make your services more accessible and efficient and to our online and mobile resources consumption the role has increased, like by remembering some information you should save your time .We use and retain your personal information in accordance with applicable law and as long as necessary to carry out the purposes described above in accordance with our internal data retention procedures. 


The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.


User Beware: External Sites, Apps, Links and Social Media. 

We maintain a presence on one or more external social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. We allow elements of our online and mobile resources to be interconnected to, or viewable from, those external social media presences. Similarly, our online and mobile products may contain links to other websites or apps operated by third parties.  

We are not responsible for the content on social media platforms, or the privacy practices, or any third party websites or apps we link to. Those apps, sites and platforms are not operated by us and therefore have their own privacy policies and terms of use. If you have any questions about how those apps, sites and platforms collect and use your information, you should contact them by carefully reading their privacy policies and using the information they provide the role of the  

How we use your personal information

CREI may use you and the information we collect about you for a variety of purposes; To provide services in a comprehensive manner, improve customer experience and interaction, and create services. We are committed to protecting and securing your personal information. We will therefore only process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and this privacy policy.  

We will have lawful grounds for processing your data if:

• We need to process your personal information in order to provide the product or service you have requested or enter into a contract;

• you agree to do so;

• We have a legitimate interest in processing your data – for example, to prevent fraud; direct marketing; security of networks and information systems; data analysis; changes or incremental improvements in our businesses; show how to use it; shows that it is effectiveness of promotional campaigns; and advertising personalization of the service using data to make it easier and faster for you to place orders; and/or

we are legally obliged to process it.


We may use any information we collect from you for the following customer service and communication purposes:

• To provide the requested services.

• To manage your account.

• To personalize your experience: Your information helps us better meet your individual needs.

• To improve our website: We constantly strive to improve the offering of our website based on the information and feedback we receive from you.

• To diagnose problems with our servers or services.

• To improve customer service: Your information helps us better respond to your customer service requests and support needs.

• To handle tasks such as purchasing and ordering documents.

• To use and disclose your credit, debit or payment card or other financial information only to process payments and prevent fraud.

• To administer contests, promotions, surveys, or other features of the website.

• To develop new products or services and to enhance existing products and services.

• To send periodic emails regarding updates to the Services, your orders, or subscriptions.

• To protect the safety or integrity of our services and business, such as by protecting and preventing fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims, and other liabilities.   We may use your information for the following marketing purposes:

• To send you marketing and promotional emails.

• To target potential customers with our Services (only targeted with your permission where applicable law requires your consent).  

We may also use the information you provide to us for other purposes such as when you provide your personal information or otherwise express your consent.  

WHEN/WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use voluntarily provided personal information to respond to your inquiries and provide you with the services you have requested, amongst other uses as further described below. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third party data vendors or marketing companies. As you might expect, we disclose your information when required by law.  ​

Affiliates - In addition to the third parties listed above, we may share your information, including your personal information, with our family of companies. Generally, such companies use such information in the same manner as we do under this Privacy Notice including to provide products, services, or programs that may be of interest to you will send you information about it  

Legally bound disclosures. We may disclose information about you, including Personal Information, to governmental authorities, and third parties when such governmental authorities issue orders and subpoenas, or in our discretion or otherwise as required or issued by law permission, including court response.  

To prevent losses. We may disclose information about you, including Personal Information, when we have reason to believe that someone may interfere with our rights or property, other users of internet and telecommunications resources, or any third party who may be harmed by such activities  

Business Transfers. If any of us or our affiliates, or substantially all of its assets, are acquired by one or more of them as a result of an acquisition, merger, sale, reorganization, merger or liquidation, Personal Information may the property of one of the grantees.  

Vendors and Business Partners. We may share information about you, including personal information, with our vendors and third parties with whom we have contractual relationships. We may also share information about you, including Personal Information, with vendors who provide software services that you have chosen to support. We make every effort to display only the information that is important in each of those sections.

We have adopted standards for vendors and employees who receive personal information from us. We seek to bind such vendors and employees to those standards through written agreements. We also seek to contractually limit our vendors and business partners as to what we can do with personal information from them only and use it only to the extent necessary to fulfill the business purpose for which it is provided provided and not disclosed to any third party without our consent or at our direction; Our assets remain similar to those of our eligible vendor or business partner; and cannot be exported outside the United States without our approval.  

However, please note that we cannot guarantee that all of our vendors and employees will agree to these contractual requirements; Similarly, we cannot always guarantee full compliance, even if approved.  

Email communication, newsletters, marketing

We may use your personal information to communicate with you about newsletters, marketing or promotions and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the link or instructions provided in any email we send to you or by contacting us.  

PAYMENTS

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).


We do not store or store your payment card information. That information is shared directly with our third-party payment processors whose privacy policies govern how they use your information. These payment processors adhere to standards set by PCI-DSS as administered by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort by companies such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover PCI-DSS requirements to help ensure compliance process payment information securely.  

Opportunities and choices

In order to enjoy most of our online and mobile features, you may be required to provide personal information. Also, you can go for things like magazines and reports. Residents of California and EU data subjects who obtained personal information while in California or within the jurisdiction of the GDPR have certain additional rights  

When you log into your account on the Services, you have the right to edit certain personal information, such as your billing or mailing address and phone number.

Emails

If you consented to receive direct marketing from CREI, we provide you with the opportunity to opt out of our marketing communications or change your preferences by following a link in the footer of all non-transactional email messages from us or by emailing us at support@creicommunity.com.  Some communications from us are considered transactional or service communications (for example, account notifications and billing information). To ensure you have accurate information about your account and purchases, you do not have the option to unsubscribe from these messages.

GDPR Jurisdictions means the countries composed of the European Economic Area (including Iceland, Lichtenstein, and Norway) and the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.    

Also, Andorra, Argentina, Canada (trade organizations only), Faroe Islands, Guernsey, Israel, Isle of Man, Jersey, New Zealand, Switzerland, Uruguay and Japan have received a “favorable decision” from the European Commission, contents compliance conditions of the GDPR. Switzerland also has its own data protection through its Federal Data Protection Act (“DPA”).   GDPR does not apply to the United Kingdom. With the United Kingdom (“UK”) now formally leaving the EU, the substantive provisions of the GDPR do not allow for domestic regulation. The United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (“UK-GDPR”) is the UK data privacy regulation that governs the processing of personal data in the country   If we use the personal information you provide to us to enable us to send you information such as newsletters or product alerts, by text or email, and you decide that you do not want to receive such information a, you may opt-out by email or other opt-in communication options (e.g. by replying to the comments with “STOP”), or by contacting us using the contact information below . . . . Upon receipt of your request, we will take reasonable steps to remove your name from our distribution list. You need to understand that there may be some time after your request to be removed from our lists and because you share that, you may still have access to certain items for some time even after you have opted out. You have the ability to access, amend and delete your personal information by using us at the contact details below.   Some browsers have a “do not track” feature that allows you to tell websites that you don’t want them to track your online activities. Currently our browser’s “do not track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. Currently, we do not specifically respond to browser “do not track” signals. 


CHILDREN’S PRIVACY 

State law imposes unique restrictions and responsibilities on commercial website operators who direct their activities to, and collect and use information from, children under the age of 13. We take these age-related requirements very seriously and not without is intended for use in online and telephone resources children under the 18. If we become aware that a person under 18 has submitted personal information to our online and mobile products, we will delete that information and not use it for any purpose. If you believe that someone under 18 has submitted personal information to our online and mobile products, please contact us at support@creicommunity.com . We encourage parents and legal guardians to talk with their children about the potential risks of sharing personal information online.  

How we protect the personal information we collect

We will take all reasonable security measures to protect your personal information provided to our online and mobile resources. We have adopted a security program consisting of technical, procedural, administrative, and other security measures designed to protect the security of personal information from anticipated or actual threats (“Security Program” in the form of accepted industry standards and in accordance with applicable law ”) atom. However, we cannot guarantee that your information, whether transmitted or on our systems or stored in our view, will not be unauthorizedly accessed or lost, misused, destroyed or they will not be changed. for unauthorized entry or damage, or interception of any data or communications including personal information. We have every reason to believe our Security Program is reasonable and appropriate for our business and the nature of foreseeable risks to the personal information we collect. We further periodically review and update our Security Program, including as required by applicable law. 


Nonetheless, as part of our Security Program, we have specific incident response and management procedures that are activated whenever we become aware that your personal information was likely to have been compromised. We further require, as part of our vendor and business partner oversight procedures, that such parties notify us immediately if they have any reason to believe that an incident adversely affecting personal information, we provided to them has occurred. 


THE CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT 

When we collect personal information from California residents, we become subject to, and those residents have rights under, the California Consumer Privacy Act or “CCPA”. This section of our statement is used to allow us to fulfill our CCPA obligations and explain your CCPA rights. For purposes of this section, the words “you” and “your” mean only such California residents. 


What did we collect from California Residents? 

We collect the following categories of personal information: identifiers such as name, address, IP address, and other similar identifiers; personal information described in subdivision (e) of Section 1798.80 (California customer records statute) such as a name, address, telephone number, credit card number; commercial information such as products or services purchased; internet/electronic activity such as browsing history and search history; geolocation data including geographic coordinates/physical location; and audio, video, electronic or other similar information. We may disclose this information for one or more business purposes permitted by the CCPA. We do not sell, and within the last 12 months have not sold, personal information to third parties. 


Rights of California Residents 

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request the following: Access: Up to two times per year, you can request that we disclose to you (1) the categories and specific pieces of personal information that we have collected from you; (2) the sources of that personal information; (3) the business or commercial purpose for that collection; (4) the categories of personal information we have disclosed for a commercial purpose; and (5) the categories of third parties with whom we have shared your personal information.  

Deletion: You may also request that we delete any personal information that we have collected from or about you. There may be instances where we will not be able to fully comply with your request, such as if we need the personal information to complete a transaction for you, to detect and protect against fraudulent and illegal activity, to exercise our rights, for our internal purposes, or to comply with a legal obligation. ​

It’s important to us that you know that if you exercise these rights, we will not “discriminate” against you by treating you differently from other California residents who use our sites and mobile resources or purchase our services but did not exercise their rights.

The CCPA only allows us to act on your request if we can verify your identity or your authority to make the request so you will also need to follow our instructions for identity verification. 

If you make a verifiable request per the above, we will confirm our receipt and respond in the time frames prescribed by the CCPA. 


VIRGINIA RESIDENTS

If you are a Virginia resident, you may take advantage of certain privacy rights pursuant to Virginia Code 59.1-577.  For example, you may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information.  Because “selling” personal information and engaging in “targeted advertising” as these terms are defined in Virginia law, you may also exercise your right to opt-out of such sales or targeted advertising.  You have the right to appeal a denial of your privacy rights. To take advantage of either of your rights under Virginia law, or to submit an appeal to a denial of these rights, please contact us at support@creicommunity.com.  We may ask you to fill out a request form. We can only act on your request if we can verify your identity or your authority to make the request so you will also need to follow our instructions for identity verification. If you make a verifiable request per the above, we will confirm our receipt and respond in the time frames prescribed by Virginia law.


THE EU GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION 

We do collect or otherwise obtain personal information from data subjects located in the GDPR Jurisdictions. We fulfill our GDPR obligations with respect to our customers (and their own end-clients), and our vendors and business partners through a series of separate notices, contracts or other terms provided to them at the time, and in the manner and form, GDPR and local law within each GDPR Jurisdiction requires. 


We describe, in the immediately following section of this statement, how we comply with the GDPR for personal information collected from visitors to and users of our online and mobile resources while they were in a GDPR Jurisdiction. Thus, for purposes of that section, the words “you” and “your” mean only such GDPR Jurisdiction-based visitors and users. 

What do we collect from you in the GDPR Jurisdictions and how do we use it? 

We collect from you the categories of personal information already described. The lawful basis on which we rely for such collection, later use and disclosure, is what the GDPR refers to as legitimate interest. As stated elsewhere in this statement, we do not sell any of your personal information to third parties nor do we use it for automated decision making. ​  

Cross-border Data Transfers and Third-Party Processors 

If we transfer personal information from the GDPR Jurisdictions to a location that has not been deemed by the European Commission to have adequate privacy protections, we do so in the manner the GDPR permits. 


Rights of data subjects in GDPR jurisdictions

Whilst we seek to allow all visitors and users of our online and mobile products some degree of control over their personal information, we have a legal obligation to do so for you under the GDPR in particular, those rights if you have this in relation to your personal data collected while within GDPR jurisdiction There is: transparency, access, storage and deletion, portability, who, what, why and where, and restrictions/objections (click here for more information).  

If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact support@creicommunity.com. Your ability to exercise these rights is subject to certain circumstances and exceptions which you can read about in Articles 12 to 23 of the GDPR. Under that policy we reserve the right to do so if we fail to manage our reasonable suspicions and concerns about your identity in a manner that will help us minimize the risk of possession by unauthorized persons The GDPR right has been used to gain access to your personal data if. We will respond to all requests without delay, and according to the timeline, if any, set by the GDPR. If you are not satisfied with how we use your personal information or respond to your requests, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Regulator. Agent Authority

You can authorize someone to request confidential privileges on your behalf (authorized representative). Authorized representatives must indicate that you have authorized them to act on your behalf or that they have executory powers under applicable patent laws CREI reserves the right to request your hand directly from you for construction confirms that the agent has the authority to make such a request, or confirms the agent’s identity may request additional information Authorized Agent is prohibited from accessing the Customer’s Personal Information, information collected from or relating to the Customer about, use to fulfill the Customer’s requests, verify, or prevent fraud, or for any other purpose  

Rights of Data Users in Other Countries

In other jurisdictions, where similar data privacy laws apply, we may collect the types of personal information already described from you. We collect and maintain (and publish) such information in accordance with applicable local law(s). As mentioned, we do not sell your personal information to third parties nor do we use it to make informed decisions.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT 

This privacy statement was drafted on December 27, 2023, and is effective as of this date. The English language version of this privacy statement is the controlling version regardless of any translation you may attempt. 


We reserve the right to change or update this statement from time to time. Please check our online and mobile resources periodically for such changes since all information collected is subject to the statement in place at that time.
